     Jennifer joined COG in 1995 after graduation from Bowling Green State University. She left in 2001 to be a stay at home Mom and rejoined COG in 2006 part-time. She handles group administration and claims. She is married with two sons and one daughter.

     Patti has been with COG since 2000 as the Office Manager and Group Administrator. She is here to assist you with any group customer service and claims issues. She is married to Randy Smith

     Gina joined COG in 1993 and handles all aspects of New Group Business. Prior to COG Gina worked 10 years as a medical underwriter for Central Reserve Life. Gina is married to Scott Ashley and together they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Matt Tharp

President - Agency Development, Group & Individual Renewals, Individual Sales & Commissions


     Matt began his insurance career in 1990 with goals of growing wholesale distribution of COG's products. In 2001 he purchased the agency and has diversified the product selection to include ancillary and senior products. Matt concentrates on agency development, senior products, and individual business. Married to a talented artist, Sally, and has 4 beautiful children. Matt is here to help you grow and earn your business.
